It is our intention to provide a straight forward, comprehensive yet competitively priced range of services to our clients to ensure that all their recruitment needs are fulfilled with the minimum of fuss and delay. To this end we offer the following range of standard services to all our clients for our normal rate of commission:

• Co-ordinating the wording and placement of adverts on external job boards
• Ensuring that all prospective candidates are well informed about the role, your company, products and services prior to initial
  interview
• Initial CV and telephone candidate screening
• Initial Telephone interview (following guideline questions from you, the Client)
• Compiling of shortlist to be passed to you along with our comments and observations
• Booking in of Candidates for telephone and face to face interview
• Verbally offering the Candidatess
• Carrying out references once the Candidate has accepted
• Liaising with both you  and the Candidate to arrange a mutually beneficial interview times and start dates
• Confirm start date in writing with the Candidate
• Providing detailed feedback and statistics on the effectiveness of adverts on a per job board per job description basis
• Weekly review and tuning of external advert wording and/or placement

If you wish to take on some of the above functions yourselves that is fine with us, equally if you require a little more from us we will make every effort to fulfil your requirements without it being reflected in the price.
